Our Intellectual Property Policy

EnigmaDelights.com respects the intellectual property of others and adheres to Dutch copyright laws as outlined in the Auteurswet (Copyright Act) of 1912. Below is our general policy towards the infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights:

Reporting Infringements

EnigmaDelights.com respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide our Legal Department with the following information in writing pursuant to Dutch copyright laws:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
2. A specific description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim to be infringing. If multiple works are involved, please provide a list with a specific description of each.
3. A specific description of where the material that you claim to be infringing is located on the EnigmaDelights.com website sufficient to permit EnigmaDelights.com to locate the material.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you that the information in your Notice is accurate and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

Please contact EnigmaDelights.com’s Legal Department via email at legal@enigmadelights.com (preferred method of contact) for any and all Notice and Counter Notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement. EnigmaDelights.com’s Legal Department is the designated agent to receive notifications of alleged intellectual property infringements on the Website.

Once a proper infringement notification is received by EnigmaDelights.com’s Legal Department, EnigmaDelights.com may remove or disable access to the material infringing upon the intellectual property. When removing or disabling access to such material, EnigmaDelights.com will make reasonable attempts to inform the allegedly infringing user of the removal, the reason for the removal, and may provide the user with a copy of the notice and the notifying party’s contact information.

You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the aforementioned Notice requirements in writing, your Notice may not be valid and that EnigmaDelights.com may ignore such incomplete or inaccurate notices without liability of any kind.

Under Dutch copyright law, the copyright holder has the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and create derivative works from the original work. Copyright generally lasts for the life of the author plus 70 years after their death. Authors also have moral rights, including the right to be credited for their work and to object to any distortion, mutilation, or other modification that could harm their honor or reputation.

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
