How can I get assistance if I need it?

Our Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.

We’re available here whenever you need assistance, as well as by chat on the desktop or laptop site during the above hours. If you miss us during operating hours, send us an e-mail–-you'll hear from us within two business days. Our team is more than happy to help you out!

Why isn't anyone replying to my email?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We want to be sure to handle every inquiry we get with care, so you may not see an immediate response from us. Depending on incoming inquiry volume, the exact response time may vary. Generally, we aim to get back to everyone within one business day.

If you've reached out to the Customer service or Legal teams, their workflow and response times may be longer, but they'll get back to you once they reach your inquiry in their queue.

Why can't I reach a live person by phone?

Currently, we offer support via e-mail, live chat, SMS, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. All our support channels are manned by real human beings who are more than happy to help you with whatever questions or concerns you have! We have transitioned away from phone support to provide the best and most efficient service we can for our customers.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my shirt?

Turn garments inside out to preserve the integrity of the design. Use cold water only, and laundry detergent without bleach. Dry on low under normal settings. Expect about 5-7% (about half a shirt size) shrinkage after a normal wash for our cotton shirts. Wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

Over time, you may experience slight fading on the graphic as your shirt naturally weathers with repeated washings.

Why does my shirt smell strange?

The printing process involves preparing the shirt with a setting spray - this helps the design take to the shirt and makes for a long-lasting print. The spray does have an odor and if the shirt is packaged soon after printing, the smell can linger a bit.

Not to worry! The smell should go away on its own, but if it persists you can flip the shirt inside out and wash it on cold and dry on low. Or you can rinse the garment in cold water and hang it to dry! Either should get rid of any residual odor. If the smell remains, feel free to let us know via the Contact Us page.

Why did my shirt arrive with faded spots all over it?

The last step of the printing process includes the use of a setting spray to make sure the design stays on the shirt. Occasionally this spray can leave faded spots on the shirt, but those should wash out after the first wash! If they don't, please let us know and we'd be happy to rectify this for you.

How do I care for my hat?

It's recommended to spot clean hats with a damp cloth only. Hats can not be laundered.

How do I make sure my tote bag stays clean?

It's not recommended that tote bags be washed in the washing machine, but you can keep them looking spiffy by spot cleaning or dry cleaning!

Can I wash my pillows?

Yes! All pillows consist of an outer cover and an insert. Please note that these pieces have different care instructions:

  • Cover: Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and no bleach. Tumble dry low.
  • Insert: Spot clean/Dry Clean only

Pillows

Pillows are offered in five sizes and come with a synthetic pillow insert, making the perfect accent piece for any room.

Totes

Tote bags are offered in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Durable Poly-Poplin outer with a laminate-coated interior and cotton handles to keep all your things secure and looking great.

What printing techniques are used?

All apparel is printed using a super high-tech digital print technique called Direct to Garment printing. Third party fulfillers have the best machines in the business and ensure an extremely high quality print. Every garment that leaves the fulfiller is QC’d before being shipped to customers.

Why doesn't the color of my apparel match what's on the site?

Although we try our best to show a garment's color on the site correctly, the actual color will vary based on the supplier's blank used to fulfill your order. The color variations can happen for several reasons - different materials, different dye lots, or even settings on the computer monitor you used to place your order.

Why doesn't the color of my tees match?

Due to the complexities of the international supply chain—including product availability, varying dye lots, and specific brands used —we are unable to guarantee that colors will match exactly across different sizes and styles. For example, the Men’s Classic T-Shirt, and the Youth T-Shirt are different supplier brands, so colors with the same name may appear slightly different. Even products of the same style may vary slightly in color.

If you need a perfect color match, there are no guarantees, but you should order identical styles if possible for the closest possible match. The fulfillment centers use the following brands for most of their apparel products: Alstyle, Delta, Next Level, Bella + Canvas, Gildan, LAT, and Anvil.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is the return/exchange policy?

Returns can be done for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.

If something you received is defective or you have trouble setting up an exchange, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.

Something I ordered is defective.

If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.

Where's my refund?

Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.

If your refund still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.

Please note, all Standard shipments will be transferred to and delivered by your local post office. This means final deliveries will be with USPS, so please make sure that the address you've submitted is a valid mailing address.

Is international shipping available and if so, what are the available methods?

Yes! You can always reach out to us via the Contact Us page to check about a certain destination. To find out if shipping is available to your country, proceed to the checkout page and use the dropdown menu under 'Shipping Address' to see if your country is included.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order, the number of packages needed to fulfill the order, and the delivery location. Within the U.S. several shipping options are offered, typically starting at around $6.99. Shipping internationally typically starts at around $7.99 USD.

Where do the products on www.enigmadelights.com ship from?

Apparel orders are produced at third-party fulfillers around the world, including facilities in the United Kingdom, Australia, and across the United States.

Hard goods, such as drinkware or pins, ship from a third-party fulfiller in Georgia. Stickers ship from a third-party fulfiller in Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin. Home goods, such as pillows or tote bags, will ship from North Carolina or California.

If your order contains multiple types of items, you'll receive your order in multiple packages since no one fulfiller produces everything. If you have a question about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us page.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email if tracking is available for your shipping method. Additionally, it'll let you know on the checkout page if the shipping method selected for your order does not include tracking. Please keep in mind all delivery timeline estimates are in business days - weekends and holidays are excluded.

If you did not receive a tracking number, selected a shipping method without tracking, or have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact Us page.

Is there a physical location where I can pick up my order?

No - enigmadelights.com is online-only marketplace that does not have stock available at a physical location. While we're happy to help online, we're unable to provide any customer support at our headquarters.

Will I be alerted once my order prints and ships?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order leaves the third-party fulfiller. If your order is coming from more than one fulfiller, you'll receive a confirmation email for each shipment.

I only received part of my order.

Some products on the enigmadelights.com marketplace will ship from different locations, even though you've placed them in the same order. All apparel products will ship together but will be separate from your ordered case, print, or any other non-apparel items.
